Take advantage of this fun and social fitness opportunity while exploring the beautiful parks and trails West Bloomfield has to offer! From May through August, we’ll meet at various scenic locations throughout West Bloomfield for guided group walks designed to keep you moving and motivated. Whether you’re looking to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, or connect with others in the community, this program offers a supportive and welcoming environment for all fitness levels. On the second Tuesday of each month, Henry Ford Health experts will be available prior to each walk to answer questions and encourage dialog about health concerns. Walks are scheduled at various locations throughout West Bloomfield and range from 2.0 - 3.7 miles. Once registered, you will receive the program schedule and route maps.
