About this Course

Join us for our free, monthly lecture series featuring new experts monthly on a variety of topics relevant to seniors. Talk Times are hosted by the Senior Resource Group (SRG) which is a network of professionals connected through the West Bloomfield Chamber. A healthy snack is provided. March’s theme is “Life, Vitality & Nutrition.” This will be held off-site at Hechtman apartments on the JCC campus, with Jewish Senior Life staff, Tracey Proghovnick and Elizabeth Freyre. The visit will include a welcome talk, discussion on food preparation and a stretching session.
