About this Course

Join us for our free, monthly lecture series featuring new experts monthly on a variety of topics relevant to seniors. Talk Times are hosted by the Senior Resource Group (SRG) which is a network of professionals connected through the West Bloomfield Chamber. A healthy snack is provided. February’s theme is “For the Love of...Chocolate, Connection & a Healthy Heart." Dr. Ahmed Yasin will discuss Heart Awareness Month and the geriatric heart. Glen Schwartz, Viewpoint Psychology & Wellness, will discuss the antidote for loneliness and Marissa Ayar from Graze Crave will make a chocolate charcuterie board for National Chocolate Lovers month.
