About this Course

Join us for our free, monthly lecture series featuring new experts monthly on a variety of topics relevant to seniors. Talk Times are hosted by the Senior Resource Group (SRG) which is a network of professionals connected through the West Bloomfield Chamber. A healthy snack is provided. January’s theme is “Alzheimer's: Mind, Body and Yes...Joy!” Erin Roumell, Arden Court, will discuss the impact of Alzheimer's and Kyra Jackman will present engaging activities and games for the mind. Dr. Keshav Grover from Grover Health & Wellness will speak about how diet effects brain health.
