About this Course

Medication management ensures a patient's medications are used safely, effectively, and appropriately distributed. Older adults are more likely to experience age-related changes in drug metabolism and are often on multiple medications, making them particularly vulnerable to medication-related problems. Join Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital pharmacists Nikkie Karana and Jevon Sharrak as they discuss medication management and answer any questions you may have. A light lunch will be served.
